Questions people actually ask

Is the free plan a trial?
No. It does not expire and it does not ask for a card. Basic packing stays unlimited, and you get one MAX nest every 24 hours for as long as you want it.
What is the difference between Basic and MAX?
Basic packs each design as a rectangle. MAX packs the real silhouette, so shapes interlock and the sheet comes out shorter. On our own 19-piece demo run that is 26.5″ down to 22.1″.
Do you upload my artwork?
No, and the tool is built so it cannot. Every file is decoded in your browser. What crosses the wire is geometry and one-bit masks, never your pixels.
Can I use the file with my own printer, or my own supplier?
Yes. That is the point. The export is a print-ready file you own, with no account lock and no supplier attached to it.
What happens if I cancel?
You drop back to the free plan at the end of the period you already paid for. Nothing you have already exported is affected.
