Terms of Service
Effective date: September 5, 2026
1. Agreement
By accessing fillmyfilm.com or app.fillmyfilm.com (“FillMyFilm,” “the Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
FillMyFilm is operated by Zero Degree Media (ZERO DEGREE LLC) (“we,” “us”).
2. What FillMyFilm is
FillMyFilm is browser-based software that helps you arrange (“nest”) artwork onto DTF gang sheets and export print-ready files. We provide software tools. We do not sell film, ink, blanks, or print fulfillment unless we clearly say otherwise in a separate offering.
You are responsible for your own printing, RIP software, materials, and results.
3. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you use FillMyFilm for a business, you represent you have authority to bind that business.
4. Accounts
Some features (including MAX nesting limits and Pro) require an account. Sign-in uses an email one-time code. You are responsible for access to that email inbox and activity under your account.
You agree to provide a valid email and not to abuse sign-in, rate limits, or the Service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, non-payment, or Terms violations.
5. Plans and billing
Free plan: Basic packing remains available without a paid subscription, subject to fair use and technical limits. Free accounts may include a limited daily MAX nesting allowance as described on the Pricing page.
Pro plan: Paid subscription (currently $9.99/month unless we change pricing with notice on the Pricing page) unlocks unlimited MAX nesting and other features listed at purchase time.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Cancel anytime via the Stripe customer portal or account billing controls; access continues through the paid period, then returns to Free.
Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we choose to make an exception.
We may change prices or plan features with reasonable notice for ongoing subscriptions.
6. Your content and artwork
You retain ownership of artwork and files you bring into FillMyFilm.
You grant us only the limited rights needed to operate the Service (for example, processing placement geometry on our servers to produce nest results). We do not claim ownership of your designs.
You represent you have the rights to use the artwork you process, and that your use does not infringe others’ IP, privacy, or publicity rights or violate law.
Exported files are yours to use subject to these Terms and applicable law. We are not responsible for third-party RIP, printer, or vendor requirements.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service beyond normal use
- bypass plan limits, authentication, or security controls
- upload malware or attempt unauthorized access
- use FillMyFilm for unlawful content or unlawful products
- misrepresent affiliation with FillMyFilm or Zero Degree Media
8. Intellectual property
FillMyFilm software, branding, site content, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our software except as allowed by the Service’s normal operation.
9. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties (hosting, email delivery, Stripe, analytics). Their outages or changes may affect FillMyFilm. Your use of Stripe’s portal is also subject to Stripe’s terms.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee specific film savings, nest quality, RIP compatibility, uptime, or that results will meet a particular print shop’s standards. Always proof before production runs.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR PRINT/MATERIAL WASTE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR FILLMYFILM IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the fullest extent allowed.
12. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your artwork, your use of exports, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.
13. Changes and termination
We may modify the Service or these Terms. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
We may discontinue features or the Service with reasonable notice when practicable.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Delaware shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where prohibited.
