Choose the validated output DPI, export the assembled sheet as a PNG with physical-resolution metadata, open it in your RIP without unintended scaling, and confirm dimensions, transparency, orientation and all required copies before printing.

Choose the output setting used by the production workflow
Fill My Film offers 150, 300 and 600 DPI PNG export settings. Choose the setting your shop has tested rather than assuming a larger number is automatically better.
Resolution metadata records the relationship between pixels and physical dimensions so compatible software can interpret the intended size.

IMPORT
Watch for automatic scaling and unit conversion
Some applications fit large images to a page, apply a default resolution or convert between inches and metric units. Review the import dialog and job properties.
The sheet should enter the RIP at the same physical width and length reported by the builder.
